I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it

I know, I know, I know
And I think you'd like it

Those are the lyrics by the Pointer Sisters, but I'm kinda feeling it right now.
Why?

I've been doing overtime at the office since Thursday, and since then my homies at the office and I have been eating dinner together. Day One was Hot Shots from KFC. Day Two was McDonald's: a cheesburger and a hot fudge sundae (for the bargain price of  64 pesos I might add). And tonight....well, tonight was going to be a good night, tonight's going to be a good, good night...

I had one of the best burritos I've had here in Manila, and that's saying a lot.
Yes, I was very hungry.
But even though I was in this condition, my stomach could still tell the good from the crap. And this was no crap.

Are you part of the Army Navy?
I am!
Sir, yes sir, I am!

A little restaurant by the no-parking zone along de la Rosa Street in Makati, Army Navy Burger + Burrito is no-frills, and it takes awhile before you get your order, but damn, Sarge, it's well worth it. While waiting for your order, you can look at all the cute little signs that point you to all the right directions.

And it was Aissa who pointed me in the direction of Army Navy. She says she noticed it while driving home from work. No wonder I've never noticed it, I zooom by that area because all the taxis are double parked there.

It took me 10 minutes to walk back to the office to eat it, but it was definitely heaven in a wrap. Plus they put it in "green" packaging, just like how I used to bring my lunch to school back in the day. Here, I was so hungry, I was about to eat the bag. Plus the aroma of food in the place doesn't help either.

I got the steak burrito that had cilnatro rice (I looove cilantro) onions and served with salsa, a chili mayo and a slice of lime. It was a perfect size and very easy to eat.

Look Ma, no hands!

And like its slogan says, "What will it be today? Burger...Burrito...Both?" Because you want it all.

As of this writing I walked back there at lunch time for a chocolate shake and their "Freedom" fries, thin crispy fries reminiscent of Twister fries at Mickey D's less the grease.

Next time I go, I'll definitely try this

Yes soldier, I did follow their protocol as seen below
